The digital factory

We built a factory
that builds businesses.

A startup studio, turned into software. Hexa (formerly eFounders) proved a studio can produce Front, Aircall and Spendesk with teams of people. Ours runs on AI agents: it works in hours instead of months, costs cents instead of salaries, and gets better every day.

Our moat · the harness

Every model is a supplier.
The harness is the product.

Frontier models get better for everyone. What turns them into a live business is the system around them: agents that plan, build and check each other, a router that picks the best model for the price, deep domain rules, and the tools a business needs. As models get good everywhere, the cheapest system that ships and maintains quality wins. That is the race we lead.

1 · Agents, orchestrated

2 · Smart routing

The right model for each task, priced, measured, and paid with credits where we have them.

Every model call is logged with its tokens and its cost. We benchmark new models on our own tasks the week they ship. A router already runs in shadow beside the pipeline: it prices a cheaper option for every call, and takes over stage by stage as it proves itself. Partner credits turn that into arbitrage: Google's grant already pays for Gemini and Veo.

  • A live business, not a draft: address, sign-in, payments, database, hosting.
  • A real 3D game engine, with 11 game families.
  • Robots check every build once it is live, and send problems back for repair.
What compounds with every customer
  • Every bug becomes a rule and a check for every future build.
  • The engine and the asset library grow with every game.
  • Makers, players and public pages grow the network.

Model labs are our suppliers, and could become competitors. Picking up their best new model on day one is our skill; the business layer that learns from every build is our moat.

Deep domains

20 domains deep.
Deeper every week.

A general model knows a little about everything. The factory holds the rules, checks, tools and assets of each trade, from kart physics to print bleed. We measure how deep each domain goes, and a loop fills the gaps.

Web apps and SaaS (sign-in, data, UI)

Builds a signed-in, database-backed product with payments, then proves it works after Google login before calling it shipped.

skills · rules · checks · own assets · live product
Games: racers (kart, hover, kite)

A racer is a recipe with 13+ written physics and feel laws, a vehicle gate, and track packs, not a prompt.

skills · rules · checks · own assets · live product
Video ad films

Ad films are planned as shot graphs with spend guards, not prompted one clip at a time.

skills · rules · checks · own assets · live product
Payments, credits and creator payouts

Money rules are a gated law, plus a ledger, VAT invoices and a creator-earnings account.

skills · rules · checks · own assets · live product
E-commerce

Knows the traps of a shop (cart that survives reload, admin behind auth, tax by country) and flags builds that miss them.

skills · rules · checks · own assets
Finance and accounting

Has its own reference corpus and rules such as 'never use floating point for money' and 'correct by reversing, never by deleting'.

skills · rules · checks · own assets
Law and legal forensics

Builds legal-help apps grounded on a refreshed French legal text base, not on model memory.

skills · rules · checks · own assets
Health, medical and nutrition

Has sourced medical knowledge bases and a safety rule (crisis resources) that fires in real builds.

skills · rules · checks · own assets
Games: shooters and brawlers

Hit feel, enemy identity and wall collision are written rules with probes that play the game headless.

skills · rules · checks · own assets
Games: town sims, tycoons, city builders

A town is generated from a seed under placement laws, with crowds and shopfronts from the kit.

skills · rules · checks · own assets
Games: RPG and island worlds

A place is placed from a kit under human-scale floor-plan laws, so a layout is cents, not a new build.

skills · rules · checks · own assets
Games: tower defense, strategy and board

Build menus, camera and board rules are checked by a headless probe before a TD ships.

skills · rules · checks · own assets
Procedural worlds and buildings

Terrain, towns and houses come from seeded generators with written laws instead of hand-placed meshes.

skills · rules · checks · own assets
3D assets and Blender

We hold a catalogued, licence-tagged model library and Blender recipes, and we know which 194 items we may not ship.

skills · rules · checks · own assets
Character animation and motion

One rigged cast with written weight and motion laws, so every game gets walkers that bend and crowds that stack.

skills · rules · checks · own assets
CAD (mechanical parts)

A dedicated lane that plans, builds, audits and lists a bill of materials for a mechanical part.

skills · rules · checks · own assets
Email and domains

A tenant gets a domain and a working mailbox: DNS, sending, receiving and spam-record upkeep are ours.

skills · rules · checks · own assets
Ads, growth and SEO

Every shipped app gets indexing, structured data and social cards; games can carry ad boards.

skills · rules · checks · own assets
VFX and motion graphics

VFX on real footage follows written beat laws; drawn graphics are deterministic, not generated.

skills · rules · checks
Photo and print books

A travel album becomes a print-ready PDF with bleed; the print supply chain is wired but not yet earning.

skills · rules · checks

Depth, our own scale: 1 prompts only · 2 a skill · 3 plus rules and checks · 4 plus our own tools or assets · 5 plus a live product and its own engine path. Counted from our code on 8 Oct 2026: 71 build laws (36 enforced by automatic gates), 24 gate modules, 478 knowledge files in 7 knowledge bases.

The learning loop

Every request teaches the factory where it is still thin.

1Every request is read

A classifier tags each brief with its domain and the depth it needs.

Live594 builds tagged in 30 days
2Every build is scored

Each build logs its domain, the checks it passed and the ones it missed.

Liveone record per build
3Gaps found overnight

A nightly job finds thin domains and failures that repeat.

Liveevery night, plus a weekly report
4Enrichment drafted

Agents draft new rules, skills and research for a thin domain. We approve.

Builtfires once a gap repeats 3 times
5Every build gets it

Approved rules become checks that every future build must pass.

Live71 laws so far, 36 gated

The loop is also fed from outside: papers, videos and tutorials that agents rebuild in our engine (below), and a nightly radar that benchmarks every new model.

The research loop

Papers, videos, tutorials in. Better games out, the same week.

When a paper, a tutorial or an open-source project moves the frontier, our agents read it, rebuild the idea, test it in our engine and write it up. Every study and prototype is documented by the agents themselves.

Live in 4 games

A YouTube video in. Game motion out.

Our generated snowboard crashes looked fake. The agents took a crash compilation from YouTube, picked the best falls, tracked each rider's body on our own GPU, fitted the motion to our characters and shipped it to four live snow games. One night, no animator.

Go-to-market

We make the ads, we buy the ads, we read the competition.

Most AI startups learn paid growth with their investors' money. Ours is run by a founder who has spent tens of millions on Meta ads, with an ad factory he built himself.

The buyer

Tens of millions spent on Meta ads.

At Jellysmack, he ran paid growth at scale: which ads to make, where to spend, when it pays back.

+ the OhMyUnicorn multi-agent harness

The ad factory · AdStudio Built

AI actors from one product photo.

Ad takes for under $1, a finished 20-second film for $5 to $16. We test a hundred creatives where others test five.

The ad pilot · Flightdeck Built

How long competitors keep each kind of ad running: a long run means it pays. Ads aimed at non-tech people last twice as long. That is our creative brief.

The free loop

Everything we build advertises the factory.

Every app and game carries a "made with" badge, a public page Google can find, and a button to make your own. Users become makers. Makers bring users.

Months 1 to 4First experiment: one customer segment, one channel, a capped budget and stop rules. We report spend, then paying maker, then retained maker.
Impact

Real software, for everyone.
Frugal by design.

Most requests are not toys: they are livelihoods, classrooms and clubs that agencies never served. And the whole factory runs on a few small servers.

A team

Everyone gets a software team. The plumber, the tutor and the choir become builders, and some become makers who sell what they built.

Use of funds

€1.5M, released in stages.
Prove, repeat, scale.

The money buys customers for OhMyUnicorn, OhMyGames and all the other products, only as fast as each stage proves it pays back. The factory keeps improving through its daily research loop, its compute largely paid by partner credits.

What competitors' ads taught us

Jev read and scored about 3,700 ads (2,035 from app-builder competitors on Meta, 1,672 from small businesses) for under 20 cents. The ads that keep running are the ones that pay:

These are creative hypotheses from public ad libraries, not our own results. Our own first results come from the months 1-4 experiment.
