Revision 1 of YOUR kit in this directory (build_kit.py, medieval-hero-houses.glb, lineup.png, final_.png, NOTES.md; the first brief is PROMPT.txt: every rule there still holds: names, frames, exact sizes, shared materials, budgets, Blender on gex44 at /root/fal-author/medieval-hero-houses-v1). rev0/ keeps the current version. The operator's bar is the Breton house (breton_reference.png): it reads REAL because it is old. Your six houses are well built but read clean and new next to it. Look at lineup.png and breton_reference.png side by side first, then make them OLD and LIVED IN, all through geometry, vertex colours (COLOR_0) and the shared shelf (one more shared material allowed): 1. Wear: rain streaks under sills, beams and eaves; a damp dark band at the wall foot (0 to 0.8 m) with green tint on the shady side; patches where plaster has fallen off showing the stone or brick behind (real insets with the rubble/brick material, 2-4 per plastered house); plaster not flat (gentle bulges); oak frames silvered grey where the rain hits, darker under the jetties; stronger sag of ridges and jetty lines; tiles and slates uneven with a few slipped or missing ones, moss in valleys and along the lower courses, lichen on slate; soot above the chimney tops and the bakery oven mouth. 2. Life at the fronts: window boxes with plants on two houses, some shutters open at different angles, goods on the shop counter (cloth bolts, baskets) and loaves on the bakery hatch, a hanging board sign (painted symbol, no words) on the shop and the bakery, a lantern on a bracket by two doors, a gutter + downpipe on two houses, a worn stone step. 3. Windows: leaded glass that reflects a little sky and shows a faint warm interior, not black holes. Keep each house within 70k triangles, the kit within 350k and 25 MB. Export atomically (write a temp GLB, then move it over medieval-hero-houses.glb) so the file is valid at every moment. Re-render lineup.png and final_.png, update NOTES.md (say what changed). Hard stop at 01:27 CET: whatever is finished by then must be exported.
