Revision of YOUR medieval-town kit in this directory (same rules, same frames, same names, same budgets; read README.md and build_kit.py you wrote). 1. thatch_panel and thatch_ridge read as smooth beige cardboard in test_house.png. Real reed thatch: visible straw direction down the slope (a tileable albedo + normal map with fine straw strands and darker weathered grey-brown tones, not flat beige), a thick shaggy lower edge (the eaves cut: show stems ends), slightly irregular bundled surface. Keep <= 300 triangles each: the detail goes in the textures (Thatch_reed material). The ridge roll should look bound (a few hazel spar lines across it). 2. sign_boot is white: make the boot dark leather brown with a lighter sole edge, board-free like now. Rebuild kit.glb / kit.json / materials / kit_sheet.png / test_house.png and the zip, re-run your checks, sync to gex44 as before. Show the new thatch close-up render (details_thatch_grid.png) and LOOK at it before finishing.
