**Verdict: REVISE.** I opened every file you listed, plus `STYLE.md`, `sheet.jpg` and `kit_sheet.png`. Image coordinates are in displayed pixels. Your own fix list is excluded. **1. Thatch reads as cardboard, not reed** (`revision_0/renders/thatch_panel.png`, whole slab; `revision_0/test_house.png`, cottage roof ~1290–1500, 790–1000) - The slab is a 0.30 m block with fine wavy vertical corrugation on every face. It looks like corrugated board. - On the cottage roof it becomes a flat, saturated orange diamond pattern with a hot specular streak at ~1380, 850. - Reference sheet F shows muted straw with horizontal courses and a heavy, shaggy edge. - Acceptance: - Roof-face courses run horizontally, about 8–12 per metre, with no vertical streaking. - Colour is desaturated straw/grey-brown, with HSV saturation at most about 0.45. - Roughness is high, with no visible specular streak. - The thatch roof reads as thicker than the tile roof in the test render. **2. Pillory canopy and chains don't match the sheet or work as built** (`revision_0/renders/pillory.png`, canopy ~330–390, 60–190; chains ~335–385, 425–500) - Sheet G shows an open lantern of slim ribs and tracery. - The render has a solid cone studded with large black thorn-like spikes. The spikes read as a spiked club and are far too big for the scale. - Chains and rings hang beside the shaft, not from it. The ring at ~340, 490 and the ones at ~375, 480 float in air, with no staple or collar. - Acceptance: - Each chain's first link touches an iron staple on the shaft face, with at most 5 mm gap. - Crockets are small: under 0.12 m tall and no more than 3 per ring of the cone. - The pillory still reads as a pillory in the runtime view. **3. `chimney_cluster` is three grey pipes, not a rich stack** (`revision_0/renders/chimney_cluster.png`; compare sheet D left) - The sheet shows brick shafts with diamond lattice and crowned tops on a broad base. - The render has three identical grey octagonal shafts with white mortar lines that look like bands. Caps are a small bulge with a hole. - The shafts are very tall and thin against the base: about 1:7 shaft width to height. - The unbroken grey makes it look like a different kit from the stone base. - Acceptance: - `Brick_old` (or a brick tone) on at least the shafts. - Shafts differ in height by at least 0.3 m, and each top has a visibly wider corbel or crown. - One shaft carries a diamond or chevron pattern, done in texture, not geometry. - Shaft width is at least 1:5 of its height. **4. `dormer_hipped` roof is a plain pyramid** (`revision_0/renders/dormer_hipped.png`, roof ~180–515, 190–430; compare sheet C left and `dormer_wall.png`'s tiled roof) - The sheet shows a flared, bell-cast conical roof with shingle courses and a ball under the spike. - The render's roof has no tile courses and no flare, unlike the tiled `dormer_wall` roof, so the two are inconsistent. - The side cheek is a blank orange plane about 60% of the width, and the window fills only the front face. - Acceptance: - Roof uses the tile texture with visible courses, matching `dormer_wall`. - Eaves flare out at least 4° or 0.06 m, and the finial gets a ball. - A frame or corner post breaks up the cheek. - Stays under 2.5k triangles. **5. Small roof and sign atoms read as the wrong thing at runtime** (`runtime_all.png`, louvre at ~760–850, 830–910; `sign_key` at ~735, 715) - The louvre looks like a little table with a roof, with four legs and a solid roof. It shows no slatted openings, unlike sheet D bottom right. - `sign_key` is a black ring-and-key silhouette on bare iron, with no board or colour. The other signs carry painted boards. It reads as a ring, not a key sign. - I judged these only from the all-atoms view and did not open the individual `louvre_ridge` and `sign_key` renders. Treat both as likely issues to confirm. - Acceptance: - Louvre shows at least 4 slat openings per long side, with its sides closed down to ridge height. - `sign_key` has a `Sign_paint` board or a golden-key tint, so it stays legible at 1 m on screen. **Scope check.** Triangle counts look in budget: `runtime_all.png` shows 23,248 total against the 45k limit. Shelf look, materials and silhouettes are otherwise close to the reference kit. The well, the doors, the chimney base and the `dormer_wall` gable are the strongest pieces. Nothing here needs geometry beyond budget. Items 1 and 3 are mostly texture work.
